My system resets the time when i start my computer after shutting down.I changed BIOS battery.Why does the system time reset after shutdown?

Check your BIOS settings. You can do that by pressing a specific key at startup (F10, Delete, F12 etc, etc.) If that doesnt work, you have a faulty motherboard. This is usually the case at my school, try getting it repaired/replaced/checked.
