Check your control panel settings. You may have instructed the system to go into Standby or Hibernation mode after a certain amount of time.

First check for a blown fuse. Check to see if there is power at the motor. If there is power at the motor then the motor itself is bad.

The generator or the alternator
Power options lets you choose when and if you want your computer to use a lower power mode, or have the monitor turn itself off after so many minutes of disuse. So you might leave your computer on but not be using it, so you can tell it to power down the disk drives after an hour or so. Not every system has the same power options, you will need to check and see what is available to you.

Are you talking about the accessory delay feature that lets you use the power windows etc. for 10 minutes or until a door is opened ?
The accessory delay feature allows you to operate the power windows for 10 minutes after you shut the vehicle off , or until any door is opened if that is what you are referring to
