Please note that NIT are institute of national importance and far better than IIT. It is governed through powerful NIT act. Our parliament is not bakra where they will take out institutes of INI calibre and ciovert this or that. It is unfortunate thing that government colege is coverted to NIT as greenfield NIT is time consuming as we have plenty of money. Raipur to come NIT standarad will take time first.
