Commit is the verb commonly used for crimes. For example, "He committed a crime."
Crimes committed by people who aren't considered legally adult.
If the crime committed can be considered a crime only an adult would commit then the 11 year old can be charged as an adult. For example intentional murder. But this is strictly up to the judge.

All of them! ^^ Not all of them, it's not fare how teenagers get accused for things they might not have done. They all get tared with the same brush. I'm a teenager myself, and I do not drink, smoke take drugs & i have never been involved with crime, I'I'm tired of people accusing me & other teenagers of doing things we haven't even done. Just because teenagers are on the scene people instantly think that there is trouble going to happen.
By breaking the law.
Any crimes committed while you were an adult become a permanent part of your criminal history.
Youthful offenders who are under the age of 17 when they commit a crime, come under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court system. If a crime is committed after the age of 17, the offender will be considered an adult offender. Depending on the severity of the crime, some under the age of 17, may be tried as an adult.
If your 18 you are no longer a juvenile and may do what you please! You will also be tried as an adult if any type of crime is committed on your behalf!
Disclaimer -- I am not a lawyer! An adult who has sex with a minor has committed a felony in most US jurisdictions. The minor has not committed any crime. (And how does one have sex with a minor "accidentally"???)
