Vampires don't always have long hair but most of them do (in a fictional way) because it makes it more interesting to the reader if their face is hidden by their long hair. (My theory anyway)
The easiest possible way to summarise a report is to simply explain what the report was about in your own words. It doesnt have to be professional but has to impact the reader and try persuade your perspective of the report.
It doesnt matter, they are pretty much all compatible.

it depends if you are a speed reader, or have trouble reading. jimmy Carter, a speed reader, could read 2000 words a minute. No I am a 13 year old who doesnt have troubles reading.
Its probably that the PS laser reader cant read the disk or its missing the disk.
To frighten the reader, include elements like suspense, a dark and eerie setting, a sense of dread or impending danger, and unexpected twists or revelations that escalate the fear factor. Utilize vivid descriptions and ambiguous threats to keep the reader on edge throughout the story.
An active reader will likely try to re-read the section, look up unfamiliar words or concepts, ask for clarification from others, or seek additional resources to help improve their understanding.
