Stratum
A stratum.
The bottom layer of a sedimentary rock is called the basal layer. This layer is considered the coarsest in the rock.
The bottom layer of rock in a geologic sequence is usually called the basement layer.
The middle layer of sedimentary rocks is known as the interbedded layer or interbeds. These layers form between the top and bottom layers of sedimentary rock and are composed of varying types of sediment. The interbedded layers provide important information about the environmental conditions during the rock formation process.

Another name for Earth's or any other planets rock layer is called "The Crust"
The layer that is partly weathered rock is called the saprolite layer. This layer is between the unaltered rock below and the soil layer above. Through weathering processes, the saprolite becomes broken down and forms the basis for soil formation.
Core
I think its the lithosphere
The layer of solid rock beneath loose soil is called bedrock. This layer provides stability and support to the overlying soil and materials.
The lithosphere is the physical layer of hard brittle rock. The remainder of the mantle that is not contained in the lithosphere is the layer of ductile rock.
An aquifer is a layer of permeable rock that contains water. It usually conducts groundwater and supplies the water for wells and springs.
