Depending on the age of the child and the circumstances, a child should be allowed to sleep with their parents. Mind you, you should not let this become a habit, but if the child is scared, sad, lonely or just needs to be close to cuddle, a night sleeping with the parents is a good bonding thing. A child over 13 should be old enough to handle situations without this privilege.

It depends on the age of the child what kind of room would be appropriate for the child to sleep..play and be near the parent ( custodial or non-custodial) to monitor. If you don't have a adequate area for a child..why are you a parent.
Good luck.It would depend on what the situation is and how poorly he or she is being cared for, but the child or the sibling would have to call child protection services and have them check it out. they would beable to tell the child whether it is ok to leave or if the child is over reacting. If they say ok then the child's move would be legal and the parent would beable to do nothing about it. This situation is very common.
No a custodial parent can not kick a child out of school if the child is still a minor. If the child is 18 years old, the parent may kick them out.
You cannot take a child out of the country without the consent of the other parent.
No. Neither parent should forbid the child to be in contact with the other parent unless there exists a court order to that effect. However, the parent who does not have the child at the time should not make a pest out of him/herself so as to intrude on the other parent's time with the child. Likewise, the child should not need to be in constant contact with the other parent. Adults should be able to handle this situation reasonably.No. Neither parent should forbid the child to be in contact with the other parent unless there exists a court order to that effect. A child doens't get a divorce from their parent. Yes, it always ok for a child to sleep in the same bed with their parent.
I assume this is a joke?
It depends on how you define sleep, the age of the child, and the duration. If you are asking is it appropriate to sleep next to your dad, then it is usually OK if it is a temporary thing. For instance if your family goes on vacation it is fine to sleep in the same bed as your dad. But children are not supposed to sleep in the bed with their parents long term because it can hinder the child's development. If you are asking is it appropriate to have sex with your dad, then no. It is not ever considered appropriate for a parent to have sex with their child.

No, small children sleep with their parents all the time but they should have a place of their own and eventually learn to sleep there.
Yes.

The child may be afraid of the dark or monsters in the closet or under the bed. This is not uncommon. Many children, up to a certain age, will sleep with a parent. If the child is past 5 or 6 years old, there may be an underlying problem. Speaking to your pediatrician would be advisable.
no it is not ok you should tell you parent , it is child laber
If you are cussing the word that your child says, then no. however, if the child said it, (not mocking the parent) then it is ok. Spank the child. I don't think a child should be spanked for swearing.
A child might want to sleep with their parents because they are scared of the dark or just feel more safe with them OR bad dreams/nightmare :) ~Hope I Helped... x ;D <33
