You can be charged with "Impeding Traffic"--Holding up traffic- at least in Canton, OH

You don't...usually you have make an appearance in Court if you are attempting to plead not-guilty to a traffic violation. Once you plead not guilty then you will be scheduled for a trial. This will allow for you (defendant) to show proof the traffic citation was in error as a mistake of the issuing law enforcement officer. Be prepared to be cross examined by the Traffic Court judge, as it takes more time & energy to fight a citation than it does to pay the fine and/or traffic school. At least in California.
Obviously, the average person will receive at least one traffic violation ticket in their lifetime. Hundreds of different violations are on the law books in various states. A person should always check their state's laws in order to make sure they know what to not do on the roads. Obviously, nobody wants a traffic ticket because it goes on a person's driving record and can cost some money. Avoiding these violations is more than important.
The only reason it could be a felony is when a habitual traffic offender with a suspended license operates a motor vehicle. Most other cases are misdemeanor. I guess it must depend on what state you're in. I know for a fact that it's a class C felony in Oregon. It doesn't depend on whether your license is suspended or whether you've committed previous traffic offenses. It's not a traffic violation, it's a theft charge, so at least your insurance won't go up!
Traffic School??In most states traffic school is offered as an option and most of the time if you go through with it the court agrees to take the ticket off your record upon completion. As far as the violation goes, it is a moving violation and it will count as a point, just like a speeding ticket. Such a violation could also raise your insurance rates as well not to mention go on your driving record for at least 3 years. If this is your first ticket in the last 3 years and have no other previous violations or accidents, I wouldn't recommend traffic school personally, but that's just me. If you're real particular about your driving record or just don't want a ticket period, go to traffic school.
Changing lanes without signalling is a violation of the motor vehicle law. The doctor's revelation was a violation of his patient's trust, at the very least.
lol, no its totally normal Like everyones had them at least once.
As long as all parked cars are not in any violation of traffic laws then no. (AKA Not parked in front of fire hydrants, at least 15 feet away from a stop sign etc..)
Your felony probation will be immediately revoked and you will be remanded back to prison. In the meantime you will be tried for the felony you committed while on probation and then face sentencing and prison time for that offense also.
You can't - at least, not without violation of copyright,.
