if you sweat, then all the sweat stays on you and you might get a cold and a temperature that is why you should take a shower and change clothes after doing a physical activity! Also the clothing you have on might not be good or appropriate for the activity. Wearing the wrong clothes can lead to injuries! Hope this help u
Activity in water is best and as your muscles adapt you might be able to do some normal exercises. Core strength and resistance training to exercise other parts of the body.
Pain that might be good pain might be when doing exercise and you never might done that exercise before and afterwards it will hurt. This is good pain because is sending you a message that your muscles are getting stronger and denser.
