Fowl (not necessarily turkey) and deer were definitely on the menu. Other foods were probably corn, squash and pumpkin (serve as a vegetable, not in a pie). Foods that were not on the menu were desserts, apples, potatoes and cranberry sauce (though cranberries were used for their tartness).
Venison and fowl are the only foods that we know for sure were served at the first Thanksgiving. The rest is guess work. But venison and fowl still may be found at Thanksgiving meals nowadays.Additionally, it's possible that the first Thanksgiving meal included berries, fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Such fare is common nowadays too. For example, cranberries and pumpkins find their way onto modern Thanksgiving tables. So might they have been found during that first Thanksgiving celebration.
Shallots might be an item that could show up in a Thanksgiving Day dinner. Shellfish might be another. Shredded cheese might be still another. Shrimp might be yet another.
A description of the first Thanksgiving of 1621 might have been reverses of each other in Native American and Pilgrim history books. The Pilgrims would have written about the different appearance, attire, attitudes, behavior, customs, foods, and preferences of their Indian guests. The Native American book would have focused on the same things about their Pilgrim hosts.

There is no trick or treat on Thanksgiving. Trick or treating is for halloween. You can try trick or treating on Thanksgiving, but you might look odd.
It would most likely be the day after thanksgiving because on Thanksgiving people and the families get together and be thankful for one another and everything in there life. The day after people might not do anything so they might go to Disneyland.
