Is it bittermelon? I grew them last year because I thought I was grabbing cucumbers. If you pick them when they're small then they are sweet. If you pick them when they are yellowish and have a little red at the tip, they are unbearably sour. They cAn taste like a super concentrated sour skittle.

What is the name of the vegetable whose first letter is removed and it becomes a Precious thing and last letter removed it becomes a sweet dish name and if first and last letter removed becomes a girl?

The vegetable in question is "onion." When the first letter is removed, it becomes "nion," which sounds like "a precious thing." When the last letter is removed, it becomes "oni," which could be interpreted as "a sweet dish name" (though this is a bit of a stretch). Finally, when both the first and last letters are removed, it becomes "ni," which could be a girl's name.
