Naruto path of the ninja 2 on a emulator cant save when i try to save it says i have to reinsert the game what do i have to do?

When u want to switch the game off right click then scroll down until u see exit then click that! And always put on the same emulater and cartridge!!!!! NEVER click the red X sight on top of the emulator!
