Actually you can got to my documents or documents and there you will find a folder named nfs most wanted. open it and you will see a folder which has the name of your profile. rename it and the file inside it and you are done.......

In Need For Speed Most Wanted, if you are playing on PS2 you need not open any screen for writing cheats just on the startup screen (Press Start Button) press the buttons for the cheats and if the cheat is official it will be activated.
