First remove the bottom cover to gain access to the batteries. Next, remove the batteries & white plastic battery tray. You can now see two small circular covers (about the size of a dime) with a slot in the middle. Using a common screwdriver, insert the screwdriver into the slot and turn until the recessed tabs on the cover are free. Remove the small cover & extract the F6T5CW bulb.

Front signal bulbs on a RSX are changed from the engine bay. Find the lightbulbs for the signal bulbs located towards the bumper of the vehicle. Pull them out and replace them.

Take the light assy off of the car then turn the bulbs counterclockwise to remove them.
Changing the instrument panel lights require removal of the dashboard. With the dashboard removed pull the gauge cluster out and take off the bulbs. Install the new bulbs.
Have you considered doing it yourself? It's generally pretty easy to change bulbs, and it's also usually pretty easy to find instructions on how to do it on the Internet (YouTube, for example). The dealer will ALWAYS be expensive, unless you are having work done that's covered by the warranty. i found someone online that said that the dealer charged him $790.00 for changing headlight and taillight bulbs on a Jaguar.
