I have done about 50 or so and it still takes me two days. You will destroy the engine if you dont know how to do it. You can find a picture of it at autozone .com

The water pump is located right under the alternator in the 2001 Cavalier. In order to get to it, you will need to remover the alternator, and the bracket that holds the alternator in place.
