The Eiffel tower is 1,050 feet high. The Eiffel tower is in Paris and was built by Gustave Eiffel. It took 26 months to complete the Eiffel tower, 18,038 parts, 3,00 workshop drawings, 700 engineering plans, and 2,500,000 rivets to raise the Eiffel tower that weighs 7,300 tons. It was celebrated on March 31, 1889 representing the Universal Exposition to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution. It is now one of the most well known tourist cites in the world.
There were no plans to demolish the Eiffel Tower in 1990. Originally, the Tower was planned to stand for 20 years (that is, until 1909), after which it would be removed. However, it proved valuable as a radio tower, and was permitted to remain. Later in World War I, it was used for radio jamming equipment against German communications.
Model trains and everything else that goes with them has been a fascination for men in particular for years so there are many Train Hobby Shops around. Look in your phone book or on the Internet (under your area) for Hobby Shops. They may have the plans there or go onto: www.google.com Type in: Free Specifications for a Hydro tower for model railroad (or trains).
In the PC version you have to unlock the water tower in story mode. In the console version you have to unlock it in your plans.
You just picked the second most common civilian ocean liner in the world; after the Titanic. Any and all hobby stores, as well as on line, will carry a plastic model kit of either the Lusitiana or the Titanic...if you want to "scratch build one" Taubman's Plans" carries the drawings (plans) to build them too.
Basic dimensions (Length and Width) can be found from several companies that build them (country dependant). However, detailed plans are confidential and not public information.

The tower was built in 1889 for the World's fair. It was intended to stand for only 20 years: a permit was issued by the city of Paris for that time period, and plans for the structure included instructions for easy dismantling. The tower was saved in 1909 because it was found to be valuable as a communications tower for radio transmissions.
