Open the drivers door , on the drivers end of the dash there is a removable plastic cover panel , the fuses are behind the panel . There are also fuses and relays in the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " , Ford recommends disconnecting your battery cables before servicing anything in the PD BOX ) in your engine compartment on the drivers side .
