After a blood test you can well rest assured that you are not pregnant. A blood test measures Hcg, a hormone present in only pregnant woman and always present when a woman is pregnant. Stress is a great one for delaying menstrual bleeding. Stressing over the possibility of pregnancy can give you the "surety" in your mind that you are pregnant. Have a cup or two of chamomile tea. It helps to relieve the effects of stress. (Don't drink it for more than two weeks, though, because it can stress the liver in long use.)
you didnt say when you took the tests but i am in the same boat i called the doctor and they told me the blood test they do are accurate only after 7 days late so i go again in two days fingers crossed
Take another test in a week
No, she is not pregnant, she in menstruating.
The doctor will advice you when he prescribes it to you after you have a positive pregnancy test. Just having your period a week delayed does not mean you are pregnant.
Are you serious? you need to get yourselves a pregnancy test
Yes you definitely can!
I am currently researching on this too. I am also taking Cymbalta and am at least a week late for my period - the pregnancy test were all negative. I am usually always on time.
The negative pregnancy test is the defining answer, regarding pregnancy - once your period is a week or so late - if you are pregnant, the hCG will be high enough to be detected.
If you are not pregnant, yes.
If you had unprotected sex wait a week and take another test.
It maybe too soon for there to be enough hCG, wait a week and test again.
if you have taken a pregnancy test once a week for the past 7 weeks they have all came up negative can you still be pregnant and your hormones just havent picked it up on the test?
Yes!This is very true.
because the hcg hormone might not have spread enough to detect. you may still be pregnant! i didnt get a positive until about my 6th test on the 6th week
