You may be attempting to refer to Newton's Laws of Motion.

A neutron in itself does not have its own law of motion but obey's Newton's Law's of Motion along with Einstein's General Relativity and De Broglies wave function. Take your pick!

Is neutron static in nucleus or have any sort of motion?

Definitely they are not at rest they will be spinning. So two kinds of neutrons known as neutrons and anti neutrons.

Is all matter made made up of atoms that are in continuous random motion?

The atoms themselves may not be classified as "in motion" but the constituent particles of atoms are (protons, neutrons, electrons), and molecules having greater than zero energyare also in motion.

Does neutron orbits the nucleus?

No, neutrons do not orbit the nucleus. Neutrons, along with protons, are found within the nucleus of an atom, held together by the strong nuclear force. Unlike electrons, which occupy defined energy levels or orbits around the nucleus, neutrons are not in motion around it but are instead part of the atomic structure itself.

Can protons and neutrons be observed within the nucleus of the atom. How can physicists detect the motion and behavior of such particles?

Protons and neutrons cannot be directly observed within the nucleus due to their small size. Physicists study their motion and behavior indirectly using techniques like scattering experiments, particle accelerators, and nuclear reactions. These methods provide insights into the structure and properties of the nucleus.

What is the most current model of how the atom is constructed?

The most current model of how the atom is constructed consists of electrons in constant motion around the nucleus, like waves in a probability field. Protons and neutrons vibrate inside the nucleus and quarks vibrate inside the protons and neutrons.

How many neutrons do protons have?

Neutrons are completely separate from protons, so neutrons do not have any protons, and protons do not have any neutrons.
