Yes, but you can't ask a question directly on Google. It is a search engine. Google's question-and-answer site is long gone.
Neither is better. Wikipedia is an on-line encyclopedia. You type something into the dialogue box, and that's used to search the whole site for information on what you typed. WikiAnswers, on the other hand, is a question and answer site. You post a question (as you did here) and wait for someone to reply with a relevant answer to your question.

Google Is better.
Ask.com is a question answer based search engine while yahoo is a web search engine. In other words, we can ask questions and give answers in Ask.com while in Yahoo we can search anything available on web using some keywords. Yahoo also offers question and answers based services through its answers.yahoo.com.
Don't ask him if you can know him better. There are better ways to find out stuff. Ask him crazy questions about him that you can come up with. If you need help with that, you can probably do a google search on conversation questions.

Or simply try both search engines with three queries: a) a keyword search (orange?) b) a question about our solar system . c) a small sentence (ex: I want to watch a movie). And see the results on both search engines... That might be a more updated and accurate comparison since there are updates.
