that would be the "time machine" application in your applications folder... this can be set up to automatically backup your hardrive and has a very cool interface for accessing those files...

OS X Leopard includes a backup utility called Time Machine (rather than Time Capsule). Apple's Time Capsule is a piece of hardware, purchased separately from your Mac computer, which Time Machine can use as external storage for your backups. In addition Time Capsule can act as a wi-fi base station.
It's called "Time Machine". It's just basic back up software, it doesn't make a boot able copy of it. You have to use an external disk.
The current version of Airport Utility 5.4.2 and it is fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). The latest versions of all Apple software can be installed by selecting Software Update... from the Apple menu.
