odd parity transmission is based on the transmission of an odd number of one bits for each byte or character or minimum data unit.
odd parity transmission is used as a simple form of error detection when transmitting data through a medium such as wire. typically a transmission record or packet may be split into eight bit segments with a ninth bit appended to each segment so that nine bit are transmitted for segment. The ninth bit is set to zero or one so that each segment has an odd number of one bits. At the receiving end, each segment is checked to insure that an odd number of bits are set to one. If not, than a transmission error exists and some measure is taken to have the record or packet resent.
Parity checking by itself is not fool proof. It can catch the loss of a single bit of data in a byte but if two bits (or an even number of bits) are wrong, no error will be detected as parity will show to be valid.
Our number system is based on the number ten, and as a result, it is called the decimal system.
Client-server based transmission system is a system used to transfer patientâ??s vital signs. It helps to distinguish the proper physician for a patient that needs correct observation.
The metric system is based on the number 10.
The Mayan number system is vigesimal (based on twenties)The Roman number system is decimal (based on tens)
The metric system, based on the number 10.

Their number system was based on 20 instead of 10. Their number system was based on three characters instead of 10 characters.
The number system that we use today is based on the Hindu-Arabic numeral system.
It is one of the type of parity checking methods. when the binary digits are formated as like the binary tree .Then calculate the parity from the root to each leaf node from left to right.
