In a 1991 3.3l the oil pressure switch is located beside the oil filter
If you have a 3.3L, it is located right above the oil filter. GB
on the front of the engine at the bottom near the oil filter.

Less cheeky answer: 4.5 quarts with an oil filter change, 4.0 quarts without (pg. 186 of 1995 Plymouth Voyager Manual). Try not to overfill; that could aerate your oil and make you lose oil pressure.
The oil sensor is on the forward side of the block ,just above the oil filter
4 quarts without filter change, 4.5 with filter change (U.S)
Screwed to the engine block. If you crawl under the vehicle and look closely you will find it.
Remove transmission oil pan for access to filter. Replace pan gasket, fluid and filter
Most engines take 4 qts, 4.5 qt with filter.
Filter service should be about 5 quarts Dry fill is about 9 quarts
