It's not o.k. to pierce yourself, if you go too deep with a navel piercing you can hit the muslce structure and open yourself to a secondary infection. With the bacteria in the environment (most are now antibiotic resistant) a seconday infection can put you in the hospital. Open the phone book and look up body piercing, find a studio and get it done by a professional.
A phone book, a telephone and about $55.00 to $85.00 for the piercing fee at a professional body piercing studio. Don't mess with things you know nothing about, see a professional body piercer.
A sharp sewing needle, lighter, peroxide, and a high quality (sterling silver or gold) earring. DON'T use a safety pin. Heat the needle in the flame of the lighter then clean thoroughly with peroxide. You may want to mark your ear where you're going to put the hole (I use a sharpie for this) then clean well with peroxide on a clean q-tip. Clean the earring (I fill the peroxide bottle lid with peroxide and let the earring soak in it until I've finished piercing). Push the needle through your ear! Be careful to make the hole straight through the ear. The slower you pierce, the more it hurts, however, slower has always made my piercing less sore after. Clean well with peroxide or a solution of 1/8 tsp sea salt (NOT table salt) to 1/2 cup clean water twice daily. Don't remove the earring for at least 4 weeks, but make sure to clean directly around the hole. Twist the earring often to prevent your skin from healing to it.
Please note, I'm not actually suggesting you should do this and it's probably better to go to a professional. But if you insist, this is theoretically how you could.
You will need about 60 dollars to get the piercing.
No because you need to be able to get it out or else it will get infected and need to be surgically removed.
You need to peruse your local shops and talk to many people in there about it. There are no "stores" as in wal-marts, targets or the like that will pierce a belly button for various reasons.
There is no such thing as belly button dandfruff, you probably just need to clean the inside of your belly button.
What you need to know is that you should never pierce yourself unless you are a professional piercer. You can get very very sick and die from infections. Read the article below.
Its actualky kinda easy all u do is take a piece of ice anf rub it all around the area your piercing and for example if your peircing your belly button u need to numb the inside and outside of your belly button all over very well.
No, your belly button is what used to be your umbilical cord. After you are born it is formed into a belly button and has no more use.
Go to the Association of Professional Piercers website. They have a directory of shops there. Of course, you'll need a parent's permission to get a piercing at 14.
Yes. There are several veins running underneath the surface of your belly button, so there should be blood. I am pretty sure that you need to clean it daily or else it could get infected and swell up and bleed. Just don't pierce your belly button.
Haha have an belly button hernia will let out all the time which Unless asymptomatic will need surgery.
You need parental consent.
Kyle XY was technically, a test tube baby. He didn't need an embylical chord, so he didn't have a belly button.
No, you dont. A 'belly button' (umbilicus) is just a mark left from when you was in your mothers womb-conected to the placenta. It has nothing to do with having a baby yourself.
