Ok you have a 96 dodge neon and when you put it in reverse or your driving it will keep stalling when you stop or sometimes it will idle rill rough and it will ack like gas isn't getting to the engine?

As strange as it may sound, If your battery is old and getting weak, it can cause that stalling problem with the Dakotas. Your IAC may also need to be cleaned/replaced. Good luck ........
