I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure it's a no. You can get the chaos lycan head but I don't believe they have the chaos lycan body.

To level up the Lycan armor in AdventureQuest you must go to the leader Wolf and he will give you a mission. The missions should be to kill Vampire Lords, who are extremley hard due to the fact they absorb half the damage he deals to you, and they are a high level. When you kill the Vampire Lord at the end, you will go up a rank. All it does is increase the chances you will get to transform into a werewolf and do major damage of your weapons element.

How do you become a werewolf in adventure quest?
On the adventure quest map. On the top left handed corner you will see Darkovia Forest. Do become a Lycan you must join the were-Wolf race. It is also in the armor shop. :) Also when u click on darkovia a mini map will come on. On the top Middle it says Wolf Lair.Click on that :)
