it is in the top right corner of the screen next to "log out".

It depends on which browser you are using. You can check by clicking the tab that says Ranking, then scrolling down to Breeders. I shows the wealthiest breeders on Howrse. If you are on the U.S. Howrse, then the wealthiest breeder is Grandma.
