Visit any Pokémon Center and go to the top floor. You will find three girls standing in front of the different rooms. The first room is the trading room, the second room is the battle room and the third room is a time machine. Talk to the first girl (This must be done at the same time on the other game) and wait until she lets you in.
Trading with Red, Blue or Yellow versionGo to the second floor in a Pokémon Center and talk to the third girl. On the Red, Blue or Yellow game, go to the Link Cable club.
