Just adding on and saying that slowbro's have a 5% chance of holding a king's rock but otherwise, I don't know where else to get one -Strickluke ;D
You cannot:
You can only obtain Slowking buy trading a SLOWPOKE with a king's rock and not a Slowbro.
Tip: Be sure to trade the Slowpoke with King's rock before it becomes lv. 37 that is when it evolves into Slowbro.

∙ 12y agoHave your slowbro hold the item King's Rock when trading to your friend. It will then evolve to slowking when the other player gets it. Exactly the same as you must evolve Seadra to Kingdra by using the same item and Polowhirl to Politoed.

∙ 14y agoYou can't evolve slowbro to slowking you have to evolve slowpoke to slowking by trading a slowpoke while its holding a king's rock it will evolve to slowking then take it back to have it.
