Just adding on and saying that slowbro's have a 5% chance of holding a king's rock but otherwise, I don't know where else to get one -Strickluke ;D
You cannot:
You can only obtain Slowking buy trading a SLOWPOKE with a king's rock and not a Slowbro.
Tip: Be sure to trade the Slowpoke with King's rock before it becomes lv. 37 that is when it evolves into Slowbro.
