hes in a cave that u can only see after having the regigigas lv.100 from one of the last events for diamond and pearl.
so what u do is have that regigigas sent to platinum, and until then will u see those caves, without that regigigas u wont be able to see the caves so no regis for u..
but if u do have the event regigigas gotten at toys r us then you.............
