Where is dragons den in Pokemon Crystal?

after you beat the eighth gym leader in blackthorn er something one next to mahogany- she will tell you to go there and its right behind the gym itself. you only have to battle the people who are in the way of getting there. once your inside the shrine thingy the old guy asks u some questions. answer them well :)

The Dragon's Den is just north of the Blackthorn City Gym, across the water.
Defeat the gym leader in Blackthorn City (who should be Clair), and she'll tell you that you have to go into the Dragon's Den in order to prove your worth and to get the last badge. The man who was originally blocking the cave entrance will allow you through.
surf on the lake behind the gym in blackthorn.

go up until you see a cave. that's the DRAGON'S DEN.
