Hm...most of the dragons in Dragon's Den are wild, so it is hard to tell. From what I can assume the oldest dragon is Ace Trainer Kobe's Dragonair, since it is the highest known leveled Pokemon in the area. Or, perhaps the oldest dragons are the level 40 Dragonairs, which are very rarely encountered when using a super rod.
