Ok dude at first you need the HM surf and rock climb and if your first time over there you should have lvls 60 or 50s or 54s and you must enter form oberough theres a surf part from you straight forward then use surf go across then keep on going there should a lump use rock climb on the side that your not facing then keep on going then you should on then hopefully your in a blizzard outiside then you keep on going to the left go on the patch of grass then follow the path then there should be a cave enter it go on and if first time beat the galcactic grunts then you keep on going then you are at spear pillar
