On a 1982 z28 Camero the power windows dont work and ive checked the fuses and the wiring and replaced a switch what should you look for next?

Supply hot and ground wires directly to window motor--see if it is defective -- if not wiring may be worn and "opened" because of doors being opened and closed for 25 years.
