On a 4.3 motor swap new motor is in turns over sparks getting fuel y wont it run only runs on ether?

if it runs on ether it is usually a fuel issue. I would suggest checking for vacuum leaks and injectors/carbs. there is not nearly enough info to make an accurate diagnosis
