food , water trading items, animals
we need to bring food
If a pioneer was moving out west they would have to bring everything they could possibly need with them. Since there were no stores or shops in the wilderness, pioneers had to bring their food, building supplies, hunting supplies, and everything else with them.
You wold have to bring water for sure and a weapon
you would have to bring maximum supplies of all essentials to sustain life
I don't know much but I do know that they had to bring food for the animals and them selves, and they had to bring a lot more other stuff, but if you did not count the animals then it would be like 2 or 3 tons of supplies. With animals, Lord knows? (JUST A GUESSES)
Samuel de Champlain brought supplies such as food provisions, tools for building and farming, trade goods for interactions with indigenous peoples, weapons for defense, navigational equipment, and clothing for his expeditions to New France.
Because Columbus and to bring all of his supplies back to the king and queen of Spain so they could have different items to sell and trade.
On his WA expeditions he would bring a horse carrying a wagon with food and shelter supplies. Although when he got to spots the horse would not be able to go he would leave it with another explorer in the group and he would take some food supplies then journey on and return after exploring for a day or two. Hope this helps =)
