Shift + 7 yields &, which is known as an ampersand.
* is called the asterix, and means multiplied by. this was added to the keyboard as there is no way to tell the variable x from a number multipleied by another in computer code unless they are diffrent symbols. in maths this is often accomplished by representing multiplied by with an x and the letter x with )(.
SHIFT plus 8 results in the character * (a star or asterix).

"Slash" is not limited to roblox, but is rather a universal key on your keyboard. "Slash" refers to the "/' key on your keyboard. It is found on the lower right side of the keyboard directly left of the right shift key.

To get "(" push shift and the 9 key at the same time. to get "{" push the shift and the [ key at the same time.
