If it is just one injector, it is a bad injector or a problem in the wiring harness or connector for that injector. If it is all of the injectors, it could be a fuse, the entire injector harness, a broken loose or unplugged connector on the injector harness, or the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator.
Where is the fuel injectors
The 2000 GMC Yukon Denali fuel pressure regulator is located on the back of the fuel injector pump. The fuel injector pump is located on the top of the engine.

I had a similar problem. Turned out to be a bad solenoid on the fuel injector. Required the replacement of the entire fuel injector. After that, the problem was solved.
