go to the gadget room and get the blueprint on the wall if you don't know what blueprint I think it has a picture of a kite on it lol then go to the ski lodge atticand on the rub you should see a string click it then go to the forest and you should see sticks there then add it up all together put the tracker on it put in on the post at the ski hill tada!
