If you're talking about the Skivazoua, In Season 2 Episode 34 Missing Link. While the group is in Lyoko fighting off Xana's monsters, the Skidvazoua (Please excuse my spelling) takes Yumi's DNA code and makes it impossible (or hard) for her to get back to the real world. Eventually she does get back to the real world. Other than that episode Yumi doesn't get drained or attacked by the Skidvazoua in Lyoko. :D
