I'm assuming this question is in regards to the super heavens fan quest. I can only tell you my experiences with it. My Trojan and my wifes Trojan both got it out of the bottom left box (sorry I forgot the names of the boxes) while my fire tao got it out of the top right so sadly it appears to be random.
