You don't have to have a certain level. You have to have all the moves on both paladin and necromancer.
you have to complete the quest Noxus Fumes before you can get necromancer class( that's after Artix Vs. Undead )
well, simple. go to zorbak with some undead slayer badges and give them to him. told ya! simple as that!
Step 1: Go to Necropolis by going to Falcon Reach and click Travel. Step 2: Invite Artix and do these quests Step 3: Complete Noxus Fumes in the Necropolis Step 4: Get an Undead Slayer Badge. Step 5: Talk to Artix and click other Classes Step 6: Click Necromancer. Step 7: Talk to Zorbak and click Necromancer Step 8: Press Wear Necromancer if you want to wear it. (you wont be able to use it if you don't wear it) Step 9: Press Train Necromancer (Necromancer depends on your class. You can be a Necromancer Rogue, Necromancer Warrior :), and Necromancer Mage)

Part 2 Hasn't been released yet. So far, you can do the intro quest and Do 2 out of 3 of the necromancer quests.
You need to completely unlock Paladin and Necromancer armors before Death Knight class is available to be used. It is explained in game by Artix (in Doomwood/Necropolis)
You can start off as a warrior who uses swords, mage who use spells, or a rouge who use daggers and stealth, but later on in the game you can be a paladin, necromancer, deathknight, gaurdian etc..
"Necromancer"
AQW meaning Dragonfable? If in dragonfable, and you mean to armour, you have to talk to Artix and complete the series of quests leading up to and including the quest 'Noxus Fumes' to unlock the necromancer... THERE'S a CATCH: In order to get the necromancer armour too, you have to have fully trained Paladin armour. Then to get the next level, DeathKnight, you have to fully train necromancer armour. You train Paladin armour by going on Artix's random quests (At least I think so, last time I checked) And earning undead slayer badges, exchanging them for skills in armour. I haven't gotten up to Necromancer yet but it's probably something similar for that armour, too. I know it's a pain. Paladin sucks (Uh..so far..all about healing). But hey, I'm pretty sure its worth it in the end. don't give up! Hold on, improving answer...Ok, so I just got deathknight. You train necromancer with undead slayer badges, too. You need 15 in total to fully train. Same for deathknight.
