THERE'S a CATCH: In order to get the necromancer armour too, you have to have fully trained Paladin armour.Then to get the next level, DeathKnight, you have to fully train necromancer armour. You train Paladin armour by going on Artix's random quests (At least I think so, last time I checked) And earning undead slayer badges, exchanging them for skills in armour. I haven't gotten up to Necromancer yet but it's probably something similar for that armour, too. I know it's a pain. Paladin sucks (Uh..so far..all about healing). But hey, I'm pretty sure its worth it in the end. don't give up! Hold on, improving answer...Ok, so I just got deathknight. You train necromancer with undead slayer badges, too. You need 15 in total to fully train. Same for deathknight.
