Not on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version. Fingerless gloves are only available on the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV. It's stupid that they show pictures on the Xbox 360 and PS3 version of GTA IV with fingerless gloves, and they aren't available.

believe me i rang up Rockstar and said to them there are heaps of rumours about the gloves being on the game and they're in the trailers. He simply said they are definetly not in the game and they've made a mistake. The only way to get them is if you mod. I don't mod so i simply don't have them. Don't do anything stupid like do the game 5 times or kill all pigeons. They're DEFINETLY not there. People show themselves with them on because they somehow mod. They never show them collecting them or buying them. Give up your searches it isn't worth it. DW it don't matter now anyway...
