If the 100 is in cell A3 and the VAT rate is 15%, then in cell B3 you would have the following formula:
=A3*15%
However it is better to put the VAT rate into a cell by itself, like perhaps in cell B2. Then the formula would be as follows, with the dollar symbols enabling the formula to be copied while keep using the 15%.
=A3*$B$2
Then in C3 you would have the following formula to get the total:
=A3+B3
Apple's Numbers software is the spreadsheet component of their iWork suite.

iWork 09 is installed into it's own iWork 09 folder in the Applications folder. It should not touch an iWork 08 installation.
Apple's office productivity sweet is called "iWork." It includes a spreadsheet, presentation software, and page layout application.
IWork was created on 2005-01-11.
All previous iWork files are readable by late copies of iWork but upon opening them you have to save them to the new format of that version of iWork. For example an iWork '06 document opened in iWork '08 will have to be saved as an iWork '08 document upon opening it, which means you will not be able to open it in a previous version of iWork
