On my 99 Honda passport the Blower and Turns signals and Cruise control all stopped working at the same time The fuses appear to be fine What else can it be?

Mine did the same thing. I was told it was an alarm and control relay unit? My mechanic directed me to the dealership. Said it possibly could cost up to $400. My cruise works if the headlights are off, but not when on. When car is off and while driving and brakes are pressed parking lights come on in the front when headlights are off. i fnone of the turn signals work, the first placeto look is the flasher can. this is a clyander usually located in or near the fuse box. there are 2 of these.1 is for turn signals, other is for 4 way flashers
