On my 99 Honda passport the Blower and Turns signals and Cruise control all stopped working at the same time The fuses appear to be fine What else can it be?

My cruise works if the headlights are off, but not when on. When car is off and while driving and brakes are pressed parking lights come on in the front when headlights are off.
