It's like a hacking program it can be downloaded from people who give it out
Unfortunately, yes there are people who run private servers for world of warcraft. Keep in mind that these servers could be several patches behind the live official servers, and the Game-Masters of these servers follow no rules unlike the official servers. The economy of the private servers is nearly non-existent because of the amount of people on them compared to the official servers.

"no, they suck and they are not fun. Many have bad graphics and they are illegal. better off playing runescape by Jagex." That is incorrect to say. Private servers are not 100% illegal. There is no proof that they "suck", in fact, may people enjoy private servers because they are easier to play, and allow you to access many items in a much more free world. Graphics depend on how much time the maker of the Private server spent on it. Some look good, some look bad. Easy as that. And the whole point of him/her asking this question was probably so they could not play Runescape by Jagex.
moparscape is not a fake runescape they say that to try and get people to join i joined and worked that 1 out the hard way for an hour =]
Technically, private servers are illegal for World of Warcraft. Nevertheless, many people still play on private servers.
There is no way to cheat on Runescape, may people have tried and lost runescape accounts over it.
If your referring to private servers they're just a custom server for people to play on, there almost always an altered map, if you play on one I suggest you to use a alt. account. Personally I can't play on them, there to different :P.
It is against Jagex rules to give accounts to other people. You can create a new account on the Runescape website for free.
It depends on the server that you are playing. In most cases you will keep the items for each time that you log-in. These items earned on the server can not be "moved over" to real runescape in any way, they are 100% part of the server. Please note that runescape private servers are a common way for people to get viruses, google a RSPS toplist and choose something that many people are playing.
Moparscape is a client that can run Runescape private servers, or player-owned servers. You may also start your own Hybridscape server with it if you'd like, but you'd need to forward the port so others could join if you wanted other people to be able to play with you. Player-owned servers are often very different from Jagex's version of Runescape. They often times have you start out in different places (i.e. Varrock East Bank), and usually no Tutorial Island, as most private server users have already played the real version of Runescape.
There is none, since Runescape is java based, and run from servers. People have attempted to 'macro' for their own gain on runescape, but the creators have put large measures in place to limit this.
The problem is that you are playin on a private server. The only people who can help you are the private servers owners. Private servers are not authorized by Blizzard, and are considered stolen property. Neither Blizzard or anyone else can support private servers.
