Well for one there isn't just one way of becoming a vampire there are three that i know of!!
get to know a vampire really well from a community lot and then invite them over some time and they might bit you... but u have to know them really well.
2. call this lady and ask for a blind date and give her the whole meter of money till its full and then u will get a vampire.

when u use this u can shift click on the Sim u wont a vampire then look for the "make vampire" one a click then wait two seconds and there u have it a vampire Sim
