You would not be able to actually stand on the surface because Neptune is a gas planet. But if you were in a structure that was able to fly (not orbit) on the "surface," you would weigh around 99.18 pounds.
the problem is that Neptune is a way to cold place to check anything out . it is -235 degrees and it is a water planet so no one would be able to research on the planet or even Set foot on it , also Neptune is a gas planet so you wouldn't be able to even breath there
The planet that's able to come closest to Earth is Venus. The next one after Venus is Mars.
We don't have enough information about the universe to be able to know that. We do know, however, that the largest planet in our Solar system is Jupiter.
To live on Saturn, a person would need to bring every resource with them. This would include oxygen, sustainable food, clothes, bathroom supplies, etc. It would not be a very practical living situation.

Depends if they are Plutonians.
You wouldn't be able to see the sky past the thick atmosphere. It would be quite foggy on the surface, but you would be able to see the rocky surface of the planet through the dense mist.
You would at least want it to be 2 inches to be able to catchup.

If we discovered water on another planet, it means that humans may be able to inhabit that planet. It would be a big break through for scientists. Another answer may be that other organisms or bacteria may be able to live on that planet, meaning there could be life on another planet but Earth.
Imagine if you asked a question that no one on the planet would be able to answer. That is fear.
