It depends...if you are burning data to a DVD-RW disc on a computer, and you do not finalize the disc then you may add more data later.
However, if you are using a DVD-R disc then it will need to be finalized to access the files, and you will not be able to add more data without first erasing the data that is currently stored on the disc.
A DVD-r is a Digital video disc that can be recorded only once. A DVD-rw is a disc that can be recorded more than once
If you mean to blank the data out to reuse the disc, that can't be done, the data on a DVD-R can't be modified once it is burned. If you just want to destroy the data on the disc so it can't be read, microwave it.
DVD plus RW has been developed by Sony, Dell, HP, Philips, and Mcft. The DVD minus RW standard was developed by Pioneer and is used by Apple as well. DVD minus RW can have one layer of data written to them, while DVD plus RW can have multiple layers of data written to them.
a DVD plus r means ,dvd+r, it is a variant of common dvd, which can be written once . after it has been written, the data ot content can not be changed. if you want to change it, u need a dvd+rw, that means, u can write more than once

This is not possible. Once the dye in a DVD-R is formed by a laser, it cannot be reformed.
No, once a DVD-R is burned (or even partly burned) there is no way to 'unburn' it for reuse.
NO I Know I've Been changed was not recorded
Copy the downloaded movies to DVD by burning the DVD as data format. Once done, insert the DVD in the player, browse to file and play it.
DVD+R is a format for optical data storage. It is similar to, but incompatible with, the older DVD-R standard. A DVD+R is a write-once optical disc with 4.7 gigabytes (GB) of storage, generally used for non-volatile data storage or video applications.
No DVD ripper will erase data from a DVD.
There are several capacities of DVD. When you shop for them the package will tell what capacity the ones in the shop are. The prerecorded DVDs that I have range from 4.54 Gb to 7.81Gb depending on what was recorded on them
